First, be aware of how much water you drink as you’ll need to keep constantly hydrated in the burning sun and protect your health by staying as cool as possible. Drinking plenty of water, wearing sunscreen and a hat if possible when you’re out and about, especially from around 11am – 3pm when the sun is at it’s peak.
